This is our first cruise, we no nothing about how to take picture for keycard, we feel helpless when first board the ship, no one providing help, no sign shows to go anywhere,

Pros: good quality food, good entertainment, great natureast

Cons: uncomfortable bed sheets, pillows

Recommends Star Princess? Yes!

bed sheets looks old, carpet color feels dirty, again really very uncomfortable pillows

few restaurant waiters aren't helpful and not friendly. the last day at the buffet area there is one waiter made me feel he is trying to make us leave his service table, don't clean our table, taking away unused silver ware, which we are going to have some cake later.
