This is our first cruise, we no nothing about how to take picture for keycard, we feel helpless when first board the ship, no one providing help, no sign shows to go anywhere,

few restaurant waiters aren't helpful and not friendly. the last day at the buffet area there is one waiter made me feel he is trying to make us leave his service table, don't clean our table, taking away unused silver ware, which we are going to have some cake later.
