Quickly got tired of everything costing extra. Even soft drinks, bottled water and coffee were extra cost and expensive. Didn't have a warm piece of bread the entire trip.

You should stay away from cruise ships & Alaska, many people it’s a bucket list item being not cheap, but you sound like these cranky spoiled people who get the full suites & complain about Everything 🙄

It was cold... on an Alaskan cruise. I never would have thought. Plenty of activities happen indoors. I'm guessing cruising isn't for you. Legitimate question, though: did you ever see for warm bread or let them know it was unsatisfactory?

So sorry that you didn't enjoy the cruise. I would travel to Alaska again in a heartbeat on the Star. To be honest, if the bread was hard on our cruise, I was having so much fun I didn't notice.

It sounds like cruising is not for you. I’m not sure how many cruises you have taken, but most of your “complaints” are regarding things typical on most cruise lines.

Is there any place in the world that specialty coffees, bottled water and soft drinks don't cost money? Certainly you knew those would cost extra before you left. Why would that upset you? Bread on all the ships is made earlier in the day. It's not warm out if the oven at dinner time. They could reheat it is all.

Obviously you are hard to please, not liking ship or any Alaska ports. You need to research excursions and towns so you do things that interest you.
