Review summary

Most of the staff were very welcoming and there to make your cruise enjoyable. Of course, the ones that were rude and in attentive are the ones that you remember the most. The Horizon Buffet is wehre I encountered an attitude with some (20%) staff where a single person would be completely ignored with regard to service. Tables weren't cleared quickly etc. I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff at Sabatini's - charming, attentive, funny and good singing voices too.

Had difficulty with travel arrangements (not through Princess) and Princess customer service was very helpful in resolving issue.

Food and Dining

Horizon Buffet breakfast and dinner selections were not very appealing or tasty. Scrambled eggs were often runny and breakfast meats were dripping in grease. Lunch was a 3-4 star though. Capri dining was better than Horizon but still not up to par. Sabatini's was wonderful.

Onboard Activities

Not enough variety for different age groups. The assistant Cruise Director that lead several of the activities was fabulous but all other activity leaders were low in energy, not funny, and often difficult to understand.

The staff in charge of cabins were great. However, some of the wait staff in the Horizon Buffet were rude and inattentive.
