Review summary
A good cruise thanks to the scenery. Had it not been for the fact that we were travelling with younger children, I doubt if I would have selected Princess for the cruise. Much prefer smaller shops like Azamara, Oceana or Viking. Also did not appreciate that you were "nickeled and dimed" for everything; to be charged for a soft drink at lunch or dinner was not good. Also, the price of tours booked through Princess were extremely high; went on our own and booked tours, many with the same companies the Princess uses, for much less. Seriously doubt if I would book another cruise with Princess.Embarkation

Ship tip
Be prepared for the prices of everything on the ship. Compared to othe cruise ships that haveI sailed on, the prices on Princess were high.
