Review summary

This ship did not have the feel of princess excellence we always experienced Not sharp or weren't as attentive as usual Sometimes had to go find waiters in some areas Waiters in platinum lounge were very good

Platinum w 12 cruises w Princess 1 checkin station for platinum 1 checkin shared w handicap 6 for regular passengers Our whole bus of first timers were checked in and on board before expedite line and us Only 12 couples before us in line It was like person directing intentionally slowed platinum and elite line Awful
