WE very much enjoyed visiting Alaska. For the money we spent, we expected more from the cruise overall. The land portion in particular did not meed our expectations.

The food quality at the general restaurant was just average. The steak house had the best quality of food by far. The buffet and burger joint were excellent. The coffee delivered via room service was not good.

Most of them were very friendly. The porter for our room was friendly but did not respond to any of our calls.

Ship Quality

For some reason there was a sewer smell a few times in our room at night. We also noticed this odor in different parts of the ship at times.

Disembarkation

I was the group leader for a group of ten. The process we followed for disembarkation was not good and was caused by misinformation given to us by Princess prior to our cruise.
