Review summary
Highly recommend both land and cruise. Pictures, do not do the scenery justice. We ate at Olivers in Shagwag, the king crab legs were the best I've ever had! Enjoyed hanging out at the Red Inion Saloon.Embarkation

Ship tip
I think my expectations were too high. I've cruised on a few different ship lines and I've heard 'Princess was a step above'. I didn't find that to be the case. Since my previous cruises were to different locations and different climates, I find it difficult to compare activities on the ship. That being said, I certainly would not rule out Princess for future cruises. I also heard 2 different people at different times saying they had been on other Princess Cruise ships that were considerably better than Star Princess.
