Review summary
I would not recommend the and portion of this cruise to anyone. Your attention to detail was lacking and taking care of your guest was not your main concern. The sea portion was better, but you other cruises have been on were far superior.Embarkation

Ship tip
I choose Princess for this trip for my family because I have traveled with Princess before and it has always been a wonderful experience, but this time was a true disappointment. On the land portion, there was no room ready when we arrived and had to pay extra. At Mt. McKinley there was a power failure and instead of taking care of guests you price gouged them for food. The Lodges we stayed at were in poor condition and needed repair. The serviceman was in my room until 11:00p.m.
