Review summary

Enjoyed the pre-cruise tour, some of the ports we visited were nice, the entertainment on the ship was excellent, and the train ride from McKinley to Anchorage was fun....Loved all the windows and enjoyed the dining on the train.  Enjoyed Denali and McKinley Lodge; however, Copper River Lodge too secluded and menu too limited and pricey.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Adequate and good taste but ALWAYS offered too much fish.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Excellent as far as singers and dancers

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
For the most part, friendly but had to get their attention more than once (wave...and wave...and my hands) just get served a beverage.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our cabin was good size and had a very good view. Our cabin person did an excellent job in maintaining our cabin clean and was always available if we needed something other than the regular.

Ship tip

On the Alaskan cruise, It would be nice if Princess included breakfast as part of the land tours (staying at Princess Lodges). Especially as much as we pay for the cruise.
