Review summary

our cruise portion was what we expected, excellent! It was also nice to receive a few surprises from Princess and from during the cruise. But the air portion was far from acceptable. We chose to use Princess EZair as it guaranteed getting you onto your cruise ship even if there were flight issues to prevent a timely boarding ( cancelled flights or missed connections, etc.)

We arrived the day before our cruise, so this feature really didn't help us, and the small print (after purchase) did not provide similar guarantees for the return flight.

We purchased our cruise 5 months in advance with non-stop flights. Our arrival and departure times were not optimal (arrival into Vancouver late so as to preclude any enjoyment of the departure city) and return flight scheduled for early morning, again precluding any city exploration with he added stress of getting to the airport from the ship on time. Then, to add to our stress, Princess changed our non-stop return flight to a connection in Denver. They said there was no non-stop available within "their parameters". I contacted the airlines to discover that there were available flights with space. At the airport the non-stop was departing at the next gate. I inquired t the desk and told the only reason they could assume for our change was cost. Our flight was late of course. At our connecting flight e were the last to board. This was made possible because of a delay for the connecting flight!

in short, EZair is focused on cost savings to Princess rather than comfort/convenience of the customer. This was quite different from their attitude on the cruise and to say we were disappointed is an understatement.
