Review summary

The cruise itinerary was above my expectations. I totally enjoyed the Ports of call.

The service onboard the ship was very good. Improvement is needed in the areas of onboard entertainment. There was not enough daily activities on board the ship compared to the other cruises I have taken for the past 20 years.

What happen to ice sculptures etc... . There was talk in the dining room of the company stopping the waiters from entertaining ( singing and dancing on specific nights) . That is a big NO NO. guests totally enjoy that experience.

CRuise company need to bring back trays in the Windjammer café. it is very difficult to carry your food and beverages and cutlery all at once.

Onboard Activities

compared to previous cruises , there were a lot less onboard activities and entertainment- what happened to the comedy shows ? Also too little games including bingo.

Entertainment

Not enough entertainment. The D.J did not play a variety of music- minimal reggae and no Soca /calypso as we requested on a number of occasions in the Disco. He played mostly Disco and Spanish music.

our state room attendant, waiter and assistant provided exceptional service. Also Warren in the windjammer café- don't know his last name. He worked at the Omlette station.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin attendant was friendly courteous and had a fantastic attitude. My small group loved him.

Ship tip

The dining room staff were all vey nice. Our group of 6 initially were assigned to different tables and the first night at dinner we were able to get the arrangement changed with no issues. Our Waiter and assistant waiter Edwin and Peter provided exceptional service.
