Overall, it was an excellent trip with only a few hiccups. Had a problem with a CruiseOnly agent who did not perform to standard in regard to the flight reservation. With that exception, I will be using CruiseOnly again.

Certain levels were difficult to navigate. Betters signage would be helpful.
The air boat ride/Gator Boys Show were a lot of fun. Wish we'd been warned about how noisy & cold the ride would be it was (46 degrees). Ear plugs & a heavy jacket would have made the ride more enjoyable. A few were dressed in Hawaiian shirts & were unable to take the ride due to the cold. Overall, a great trip I'd recommend.
The guide to the glass bottom kayak tour provided an educational experience unmatched by most other excursions. Physically, it was easy & even my 70+ wife could easily accomplish the paddling. Highlights were that we got to hold living star fish, urchins, conch, turtles & saw lobsters removed from traps. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Took the Air Boat/Airport Tour. Getting to the buses from the ship was disorganized as the staff seemed overwhelmed. Port signage (to excursion bus) was not up to Princess standard & this needs improvement! Remainder of trip was well done.
Yup, cruises only can be really good or really bad. Some good perks, but you have to know what you are doing and scrutinize all the paperwork (and know what papers you should get).
Glad you enjoyed it. I saw two other reviews of the same crews that thought it was bad and said they would never cruise with Princess again. Luckily, there are other cruise lines for those to choose from.
