We had a great time and met some interesting folks.
Embarkation

Super easy with the Medallion.

Food and Dining
4 out of 5
There’s constantly a wait for both anytime dining and dining at set times in the main dining rooms (Soleil and Estrella). The staff is extremely attentive and polite, but they seemed a little understaffed.
The buffet was good, though we didn’t eat many meals there.
Alfredo's Pizzeria

Delightful pizzas, and several other great dishes.
Sabatini's Italian Trattoria
5 out of 5
We ate here twice because we wanted to try everything on the menu. We were so glad we did. Everything on the menu is divine!
International Café

No fresh ground coffee, but the espresso drinks were an excellent substitution.

Ship Quality
4 out of 5
The ship was immaculate, being that it is so new. However, the ships design is a little silly in comparison to other ships on which we have cruised.
The promenade deck is somewhat awkward. There is very little space forward and aft to sit and relax. Also, the majority of the walking space is between the life boats and the ship, so viewing space is non-existent.
There is no library! I guess it doesn’t make money, so they don’t need it.
There is no covered pool, like I have seen on other ships. The retreat pool was the closest thing, but has views of staterooms rather than the ocean.
I think Princess added cabins for more people, and took space away from relaxation areas.
Cabin / Stateroom

The door to the balcony creaks constantly in rough water and at high speeds. It only creaks slightly in calm water.
There are also air leaks through the room when the ship is moving. The loudest was in the trim of the bathroom door. At higher speeds, it whistles like a teapot.
The room was quite comfortable other than that.
Extremely easy embarking and disembarking from this port. Even though there is major construction, the traffic and people are managed quite efficiently.
We also did an airboat ride excursion from here, which we enjoyed.
We were only able to explore the Dutch side of the island because there was a strike on the French side. Much of the area we saw was still recovering from hurricane damage, but the people are extremely friendly, and welcome our tourist dollars.
We did a bus tour that included a stay at Sunset Beach in Maho Bay. It was quite thrilling to see the planes land right over the beach.
