Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
We ate in the MDR twice and the food selection and food itself was good..The service was excellent. We ate at Sabatini's and again the menu and food were good but the service was the best. The buffet selection was good. We ate their numerous times.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
We did an awesome wine tasting event on the first sea day. We watched movies on the big screen on the Lido deck. We didn't do a lot of activities as we really wanted to relax and unwind.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
We were able to see the new show 5Sky..Lots of energy, the performance was top notch. We enjoyed listening to the band Static when they were out on the Lido deck and also in the evening at the Piazza. They're a great band..very energetic and play a wide variety of music.
Children's Programs
Did not have children with us
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Our cabin steward was the best! She took very good care of us. There wasn't a crew member on the ship that wasn't excellent! They all were top notch!
Ship Quality

The Sky is brand new so everything is still very new and clean. The crew is constantly cleaning but do it without you really knowing they're there. The layout and design is similar to the Regal and the Royal.
Cabin / Stateroom

We had a balcony cabin on the Riviera deck which worked out great as we spent most of our time up on the Lido deck either at the pool area or in the buffet. We only had to walk up 2 flights of stairs and got to avoid the elevators
We did a Stingray encounter with snorkeling and lunch...It was fabulous! Husband thought the stingray encounter was going to be lame, but he had a blast
When I booked this cruise we were supposed to go to Belize, but then the itinerary was changed to stop in Costa Maya. Only got off to go to the shops right at the port and have lunch. Not much to do there.
We went to Daniel Johnson's Monkey & Sloth Sanctuary. It was absolutely the best excursion for me as I got to hold a sloth. We also toured an Iguana Farm which was very cool. Would definitely recommend this to everyone.
We went to the Tulum Mayan Ruins. It was an all day excursion but well worth the time. We had an excellent guide. After the ruins we went to a private resort and had lunch right on the beach. It was really a great day. Be prepared if you do this type of excursion..you have to take a water taxi from the pier to Playa de Carmen which takes about 35min and can be a rough ride if it's windy. It's a long day but worth it.
Disembarkation was very fast and efficient, however we were disappointed as I paid extra to have our checked bags taken so that we wouldn't have to worry about them until we got home. Ended up that we had to find them at the port and then check them in at the airport..not that big of a deal but since I paid extra was a little annoyed.
