Review summary

Don't take tours sponsored by Oceania. One of ours was terrible and they didn't stand behind it. Should have been a 7 hour tour and it lasted 10. We got back on the ship after sailing time. We asked for a refund and they said no because not enough people complained. A ridiculous position for a cruise line that is supposed to be higher end. This was our second time with them and will never sail with them again.

The ship went into lock-down due to an illness and all shows and most activities were cancelled after a few days

Service and Staff

Ship was understaffed and the staff that were there were going through training. Very slow and non-attentive staff.
