Review summary

Don't take tours sponsored by Oceania. One of ours was terrible and they didn't stand behind it. Should have been a 7 hour tour and it lasted 10. We got back on the ship after sailing time. We asked for a refund and they said no because not enough people complained. A ridiculous position for a cruise line that is supposed to be higher end. This was our second time with them and will never sail with them again.

Agree with other comment about length of excursion not being refundable. You never said if the excursion was enjoyable, or you just arrived late and missed a show or specialty dinner appointment. Since they didn’t have shows, per your comment, then it must have been dinner.

Hmmm, not sure why the Cruise Line should give you a refund after you spent the entire time on the excursion, plus 3 hours. IF the excursion was cancelled, yes, but you went on the excursion, just because it ran longer doesn't entitle to get your money back.
