Review summary

Overall excellent cruise and experience. A few issues that could be refined to deliver a consistent experience. They must develop a plan to deal with children that are not properly behaved and parents that are not able to acknowledge or control their children's disruptive behavior.

Great food aboard the Muse. The only meal that wasn't a stand-out was at La Dame. That seemed to be a consistent comment among our group as well as others on the ship. I'd recommend saving the money and dining at the other restaurants where you'll have a more enjoyable meal. Wine service is stellar; however, table service needs improvement. Food is slow to arrive and non-wine refills (water) was a consistent issue.

Overall, great service. My only issues was the table service at restaurants and length of time to get drinks at the pool bar. But those are minor issues compared to the overall excellent service.

No need to waste your money on La Dame. Better food is available at the other restaurants without the additional charge.

Well, this is worrying - we will be on the Silver Muse in October (2018) and have pre-booked La Dame restaurant for 4 nights. Hopefully all will be well on our first meal, otherwise we shall cancel the following 3 bookings.
