Very culturally enlightening cruise. My husband and I like new experiences and of course meeting new people. We were able to do that and enjoy good wine and food at the same time.
Embarkation

smooth and very quick.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Main dining was fun, as we got to see different people and shared tables with others that we got to meet. The food was rotated often so that it wasn't too similar. Lots of different proteins, vegetables and fruit.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Lost the fitness instructor halfway through the cruise and did not get a replacement. The hot tubs never worked properly even though staff could fix them; it just didn't last.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
The entertainment changed every night and sometimes last minute replacements would replace someone that was not able to make it. There was a wide variety.
Children's Programs
there were no children on board this cruise.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
very responsive and appeared to really care about any issues we may have had.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Staff were quick to pick up trash, clear tables and clean our rooms. It was very well maintained and clean.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
The closet was a walk in. It was easy to hang up or put away our clothes once we got there and throughout the cruise.
Ship tip
This is one of the few cruise ships that is all inclusive. There is no charge for laundry services. Tips are taken care of and most excursions are also included.
Interesting place to visit. We went horseback riding which was really nice and comfortable. We took the horses through a rainforest which was a brand new experience for me and my husband.
This was very interesting because we got to see volcanos that were in islands very close to the port. The excursion lasted a little longer than expected.
We went horseback riding again but this time we went through a hiking trail that included streams, hiking trails and soft grass with very experienced guides that were very informative.
We went on a penguin safari that was extremely cold. The tender that brought us back to the ship got caught up in a wave that slammed the tender against the ship, getting many on board wet, which is not good when it is freezing weather.
There were no sidewalks or pavement for the walking tour we took into another rain forest. Slippery rocks and uneven ground kept us from really enjoying this town,
This was a nice town to visit and the cable car took us to an amusement park that was very interesting. Great place to take pictures of the vegetation and high-rise buildings.
We did a cultural walking tour in this port of call which had a great deal of detail in the historical buildings, as well as the museums, theatres and government buildings.
The trolley that drove us around town was a modified truck that had seats for tourist to sit in the bed of the truck. By the end of the day, we were all sunburned and tired. Otherwise the trip would have been nice.
