Overall, we really loved our cruise and this cruise line. However, it is very pricey and not a great choice for kids under 12 or so. The experience is 1st class all the way, especially the food and service.
Embarkation

Flawless. Walked right onto the ship

Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Activities are limited as this is a high end, almost 100% adult ship. There is a golf net, mini golf (putt-putt) type course, fitness facility, jogging track, shuffle board, library, card room and a small tennis court. There is a pool and hot-tub as well, but for this particular cruise, the weather did not allow for outdoor activities for the most part.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
We cruised this same ship in October 16 and the entertainment was lackluster, at best. This time through it was much better and the staged musical productions were very top notch for a cruise ship. We went to all the shows and enjoyed them very much.
Children's Programs
3 out of 5
We took our 12 year old daughter. She was not impressed with the children's activities save going to the galley and making cookies. The watch movies and play games in the card room for the most part and the hours are very limited. The real issue is there were only about 7 or 8 children in total and most of them were in the 6, 7 8 year old range. If there were say, 50 kids, she may have found someone her age to hang out with and that would have made it better.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
I am giving the service staff a 5 even though there was one particular french barista who had a serious attitude and loved making you feel stupid when ordering. He was a total jerk, other than him everyone was friendly and smiling and helpful, always.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The ship is phenomenal. There is nothing like it that I have been on before.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
A tremendous amount of time went into designing the ships cabins. From the art on the walls, to the full sized walk-in closet to the marbled bathroom we absolutely loved the cabin. Everything has been thought of.
Getting off the ship was easy. However, it was a tiny dock with a hundred buses and taxis all clogging up the area and no one seemed to be in charge and it was a traffic nightmare. Once we found our luggage (10 pieces) and lugged it ourselves to the bus, which was almost impossible to find, we sat in a traffic jam for 20 minutes before we were finally off of the dock and on our way. I can tell you, everyone was frustrated and some even showing it verbally.
