Overall it was a great cruise, there were just a few issues that we were able to overcome. Our most disappointing thing was the poor latte products.

The food was excellent in both the buffet and main dining room and the service was outstanding. Our issue is with the coffee bar. They advertise Starbucks, but they need some lessons on how to make a good latte. We are regular Starbucks customers and the product they served on the ship was very poor. The taste should be the same no matter where you go that show the Starbucks brand. One of the drinks we ordered we could not even finish, it was that bad.

The shows were great! The cruise director was not great. We have been on other cruises and found the director to be much better. He also needs to have suits that fit him. The assistant director should be the main person, she was awesome!
Service and Staff

Our cabin attendant, Nancy was wonderful. She kept our cabin neat and clean all the time. In the dining room our waiter was Sainey and his assistant was Jatta. They were excellent and gave us exceptional service at every meal.
Ship Quality

The ship layout was great, our only issue was with the elevators. They would go right by our floor without stopping even though we had pushed the button. Also we had to be quick when they did stop, they didn't stop long enough at times for us to get on.
Cabin / Stateroom

It was great, our only issue was the size of the shower, it was a bit tight but we managed.
