Overall we had a great time, however as experienced RCCL cruisers there were a few things that really bothered me about this trip. The breakfast service was horrible, and embarkation and disembarkation chaos only made it much worse. There were also some organizational things that were just irritating and that we hadn't experienced in past cruises.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
Embarkation went relatively smoothly. We had the Royal Caribbean app, which sped the process up a lot. However, getting lunch after boarding was awful as the Windjammer was much smaller than other ships we've cruised before and no other options were available.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We ate in the main dining room most nights for dinner and had lunch there during sea days as well. These meals were all really great and the service was good. However, both times we tried to eat breakfast in the main dining room were awful. The food wasn't good and the service was worse. We also had a complimentary dinner at Giovanni's and that experience was probably the best I have had cruising Royal Caribbean so far.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Being a Baltic cruise in early May, there weren't any deck activities and the ship is one of the smaller ones in the fleet. Overall there wasn't much for us to do on board.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
We really enjoyed the shows that we went to on board, with the ABBA tribute band and aerial artists being our favorite.
Service and Staff

Ship Quality
3 out of 5
There were definitely a shortage of elevators but it wasn't really noticeable until coming back on board after a port or disembarkation.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
The size and layout of the cabin was great for a balcony stateroom. We were right on the back of the ship, and absolutely loved the views.
Ship tip
I would recommend booking on floors 6, 7, or 8 as it really puts you in the center of the ship which makes for an easy walk wherever you want to go.
This was by far the most awful part of our vacation. We opted for KEY program for this trip and went to their special disembarkation breakfast. The service was awful and it took just under an hour to get our food. The meals we ordered were the worst we'd had on board and we had no time to get anything different. Then we went to the Tropical Theater to wait for our excursion to be called and because there were so many people and so few elevators we ended up dragging our luggage down the stairs and got through much later than the rest of our group.
