Overall it was a good cruise. Our ports and excursions were amazing. We created many awesome memories.

Our cruise was mainly wonderful. There were a lot of really awesome aspects, but unfortunately there were some negative experiences that really put a bad spin on the cruise.

Food and Dining

The main dining room staff was amazing. I would go on another cruise just to have them. That is how great they are. The only reason I give a four is the quality of food is not wonderful. Good causes a lot of GI issues such as diarrhea, bloating, heartburn, acid. Also our specialty dining experience as Chops Grille was awful. Bad food and bad service.

Onboard Activities

Pools are great. Only 2 jacuzzis which is insane with the size of the ship. I could not stand the activity directors. Andrea and another Hispanic Man. They often said things they didn't mean and just gave me a slimy feel.

We did two headlining shows which were amazing. Music shows around the shift were also great.

Again main dining room staff was wonderful. Guest services we had no issues. Our rstateroom attendant I was not crazy over. He was clearly very overwhelmed and always made sure we knew. He did make up the room and clean and such, but bare minimum was done. We have a child and we always really look forward to the towel animals. Actually I never been in a cruise (out of all 4 I have been on) that we did not receive a towel animal every night. This guy only did it once which was beyond disappointing. Spa staff is awful. I will never visit another Royal Caribbean Spa again. They were just terrible.

Ship Quality

Seeing as those the cruise before us had a Nora Virus outbreak and our ship did not... clearly when the staff tries to be clean they do a good job. Only issue with the layout is no freestyle machines which on a ship that size is insane. It makes getting drinks late at night very difficult and often time you will end up paying extra money for any drink..even water.
