Review summary

We very much enjoyed our cruise with Royal Caribbean. The entire ship was clean and crew members were friendly and helpful. Movement of large groups of people on and off the ship was organized and efficient. We found dinners in the main dining room to be excellent. Wind and rough seas prevented us from remaining in Bar harbor and going ashore, but this was a port that required the use of tenders and it was truly unsafe. We were disappointed to miss this opportunity, but appreciated the concern for safety.

The only negative comment I have to make about this trip is about the beds. They are extremely firm and uncomfortable to sleep on. My husband and I woke frequently each night in discomfort.

Ship tip

If you do not care to take formal clothes for formal nights in the dining room, you will find that you will be comfortable in 'smart casual' attire on those nights. While many passengers were in suits and more formal dresses, there were also many that did not dress up to that degree.

@MTnana, I have been on the Harmony 3 times and have found the beds way too hard, also. I just ask the room steward to put 2 or maybe 3 comforters under the bottom sheet, and it makes the bed more comfortable.
