Overall we really enjoyed our trip and the ship. Unfortunately, I feel that general service, food, entertainment and upkeep of ships is declining each cruise I go on.

I did not find the dining room food as good as it has been on past cruises. The menu selection did not seem to have as many unique options and the quality wasn't great.

Disappointed the dinning room staff do not entertain as they used to, and what little entertainment there was, it was only performed in the deck 4 dining room. Our servers did not participate. I remember on many cruises all dining staff participated on all floors of the dining room. Really enjoyed the Quest and Love and Marriage game.

I did not find the pool bartenders to be as friendly or as attentive as on past cruises. I tend to wonder if this is because I had a drink package and they knew their tips were already included. Our waiter, assistant waiter, and cabin steward were excellent.

I agree with you. We are on Serenade right now and while overall cleanliness is as expected, this ship has rust issues and some cleaning issues in some spots
