Review summary

We took a guided tour once we arrived in Bermuda. The cost 1/2 the price required by the ship. The driver and tour guide was Sammy. It was a 6 hour tour on a comfortable clean bus. We got to see every part of the island. We did stop at crystal caves where 1/2 of our group spent 45 minutes in the caves. The rest of us had a lovely lunch at the restaurant on site. Ask for Sammy when you get off the boat... you will not regret the tour.

Service and Staff

Our servers in the dinning room were the best. The Stewart who looked after our cabin was the best. There was a server at the Cafe on deck 5 named Andre who we don’t think wanted to be there. This cafe serves coffees, cookies and sweets. We went there many times and it looked like we were being a pain to Andre. His personality sucked and his service sucked. Avoid Andrea and as for 1 of the other great servers.
