Review summary
This was a very good cruise. However, first and last impressions are most important and these were both problematic - to the point that we were almost the last ones to board the ship. Then, upon return, same situation - nothing was working as stated. Otherwise a great cruise.

If you like being pampered, buy the spa "free pass" to the relaxation rooms - only 20 sold per cruise. Find somewhere else to park - nightmare experience.
