Nice Ship, needs some areas redone. But for the most part, nice cruise.

Food and Dining

Variety was weird. Need a new chef. Food was better on last cruise we had taken. Italian food was not Italian. Brown gravy on veal scallopini? come on! Everything was less than expected for food.

Entertainment

Entertainment was less than I rememebered. We had great shows every night on previous voyages. I didn;t like the fact that we could not get into the show after dinner. If you didn't go early, we would not get a seat. Didn't do that on previouse cruises. It's like you have to fight for a seat. This is not a pleasant voyage when you are like cattle trying to get to watering hole.

Service and Staff

some staff would see that you got everything you needed. We would not see certain foods, so the waiter would bring us some. Bar staff was very friendly and attentive.

Ship Quality

I would go on this ship again. Not to all ports visited. Haines was a bust.

Cabin / Stateroom

Loved our cabin steward. Took good care of us. Did not like the bed. We awoke achy and sore every morning. I remember ships beds as comfy and cozy on previous voyages. Missed that.. In fact, I was looking forward to snuggling in those comfy beds. What a disappointment.

Ketchikan, Alaska

We should have had a lot more time at this port. You go on tour and you don't have much time to see downtown, missed Creek Street.

We didn't get to see Juneau, because we had an excursion. Then they canceled due to weather and we took another helicopter flight that was overcharged for what we did.

Don't Miss: Don't miss Red Dog Saloon. We only had 20 min. Need to be at Juneau longer.
