Review summary

We went from Miami to Key West and the Bahamas. We had a blast at Bayside in Miami. We stayed at the Hilton and watched the world's largest ship come in to the port for the first time the morning of our cruise. The music was blasting and shaking our windows. Virgin was an amazing experience. I loved everything except the shows that we saw. The music and dancing were fun. The food and service were fantastic. Our room was unbelievable. I will only cruise with Virgin as a Rock star.

The staff was spot on. The manager of Pink Agave, Paulo, went above and beyond. The food was amazing.

The spa was amazing and Richard's Roost was lovely.

The music was good. I wasn't impresses with the show that we saw. It was very modern.

The best part was that whenever we left our suite the crew in the hall knew our names and always gave us a friendly greeting. The room was also spotless when we returned.

This was my first cruise. We had a cheeky corner suite. The VIP experience was amazing. Gugu was our agent and she was fantastic. The balcony made the trip. I can't imagine sailing in a smaller suite. We were on the deck more then in the room. We also had a restaurant two floors down, so we had relaxing music and lighting when we were out.

Ship tip

Don't over pack. You can be causal or dressy. Don't bring a steamer. They will take it away.
