Review summary

A great way to spend half term had thought that food would be better due to the best culinary cruise line tag but whilst good was same as other lines.

Embarkation

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Unfortunately the boat chose to do British theme cuisine even though most of us were British could do with a few more bar staff.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Good but not as much as on Royal Caribbean

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Guest performers were really good, Paul Burrell was guest speaker I groaned when I saw that before we boarded, it was actually a really interesting talk.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
My son met lots of teen friends

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
On par with other lines

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Couple of dead ends meant that finding the restaurant on the first night was interesting!! Clean and tidy.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Much bigger than the mini suite we had on Quantum of the seas, balcony was massively overlooked as d deck sticks out from the main ship.

Ports of call

La Coruna, Spain

We were on the same cruise with our grandchildren. After the first two nights we are in the Horizon buffet all the time as the restaurants were so hot and rushed. We felt the food was better there too. The ship is lovely and there was plenty of room despite having 400 kids on board!
