Great first impression. The lady we spoke to was knowledgeable and friendly, answered all the questions we had.. on boarding the ship it was a bit of free for all and as this was the first time, did not know what to expect

Depended on where you went. Restaurant staff exemplary and could not do enough to help. Bar staff was different, a mixed bag. The ship needs more bar staff, they are rushed off their feet from early afternoon

Design was good, lots of places to go and see. Movie under the stars was great

Really comfortable bed, plenty of space hang clothes. Bathroom okay. The main issue was the cleanliness, bathroom not clean enough and room floor not hoovered
