Always enjoy ourselves when we sail Princess. Some crew seemed tired, but still polite and willing to help. Food was up to par everywhere. However, nothing special in the dining room.

This was awesome experiences for first time. Lots of things to do and the service was excellent. People were friendly and fun to hang out with. Lots of food to choose from, and the entertainment was also excellent. A little expensive, yet it was worth the experience.

We loved the Royal Princess! We cruised the Eastern Caribbean in Feb and the ship was beautiful! Even though it is a slightly larger ship than we usually take, it never felt crowded. We spent most of our pool time at the Retreat Pool. It was perfect! Lots of areas to sit in filtered shade. But get there early! Also, we discovered the cabanas, which would have been nice, but they get reserved early so reserve a cabana as soon as you board if that is something you enjoy!

Truly in need of a relaxing 10 days in the Caribbean the Royal Princess really came through.  Starting with embarkation which went very smoothly and fast we were on board.  After ditching our carry on bags in our cabin we were off to Alfredo's for pizza and sangria.  Their food is absolutely YUM.  As a matter of fact we enjoyed the food throughout the ship.  On sea days we had breakfast in the Horizon court buffet.  On days in port we grabbed a quick breakfast at the International cafe which is also a great spot for lunch or an afternoon or midnight snack.  We had dinner every night in the dining room with anytime dining.  The food was quite YUM in the dining room although I'd like to see a little more variety in the menu choices.  Their wine list is quite nice.  We haven't eaten in the specialty venue's in a number of cruises.  We really do enjoy the dining room. That being said the service in the dining room was not very consistent  Some nights it was really great and others not so much, more than a bit slow.  Maybe they were short staffed or things ran behind in the galley.

 One of our favorite area's on the ship is Vines, the wine bar.  We attended all of their Stamtisch wine tastings.  If you enjoy wine this is a gotta, not a maybe.  

Our cabin was on deck 15 Marina 307 a mid forward balcony cabin.  The cabin was comfortable but our balcony had an overhang which did affect picture taking.  Also this was our first time on the deck below the lido deck.  Almost every night there was a lot of noise coming from above our cabin, most likely deck hands moving the deck lounges around.  Our cabin steward was really wonderful, very friendly and very conscientious.  

The on board entertainment was for the most part excellent.  There was only one comedian for a 10 day cruise.  He appeared twice.  In the past Princess would bring on a new comedian at one of the Ports.  Anyway he was very funny.  The production shows are very high energy and the performers are all talented.  I'm not sure how often they come up with new shows but I know we've seen the ones on this cruise before.  There were 2 different bands that performed in the Piazza, on the pool deck and at the Wheelhouse bar.  Both of them were very talented.  

We really enjoyed the ports we visited on this cruise.  We generally take excursions offered by the ship.  We did go to Magens Bay beach on our own by taxi on St. Thomas because we wanted to stay longer than the excursion has you there.  

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day's on the Royal Princess.

The people were great, food amazing, and sights wonderful.  This was my first cruise and I enjoyed it very much.  I couldn't actually do all the things on the ship - there wasn't enough time to enjoy it all.

This was one off the best cruises we have been on. The ship was beautiful plenty on places to sit and relax. Shows were ok magician was great. The cooking show at the end with a tour of the galley was fantastic. Tors ok the best was Dominica, up into the rainforest to a waterfall you had to swim to, then to the hot springs, the island is very un spoiled, Bonaire was interesting also not as developed as some, we had been to St Thomas Grenada and Aruba before so we knew what to expect. We ate in the Concerto dinning room. The best food and service ever, Olena was our server she was great the best we have ever had, Arpin was her helper and he was also one of the best. The head waiter Joseph was great he also was cooking specials every night and for breakfast. The room was small but Mariam kept it clean and the ice full. The balcony was clean it was under the skywalk but it was never a problem as you could not see in the room. Disembarkation went very smoothly, embarkation went a little slow.

Beautiful ship and excellent, helpful, warm, welcoming staff.

Only negative - food was OK.  Certainly not great or anything to comment positively about.

Our one really good meal was in a specialty restaurant.

Has a wonderful time 20 days in January, ship a crew are awesome. Looking forward to our next cruise with princess. Trying to decide on west coast or Caribbean.

Loved this ship. The best layout from. All that we were in. pastries were amazing and so was the treat of marzipan candy one day. Evening entertainment was good but broken up

My husband and I really enjoyed the 10 night Eastern Caribbean Voyager, more for the ports than the ship itself. Our shore excursions will always be memorable (catamaran cruises, snorkeling and swimming with dolphins). In fact, we enjoyed the itinerary so much that we have another planned for next year. Exact same itinerary, different ship. The food was good (we loved the fish n’ chips with mushy peas at the Wheelhouse Bar on select afternoons). The entertainment was definitely hit/miss. Luckily the excursions more than made up for those.

The best part of the cruise was that they were few little kids, good weather, elegant ship, great room, 

i will never go back to the captains circle cocktail party. You wait in line for 1 hour, pray to find a seat, get a glsss of wine , a short speech, and raffle 2 inexpensive bottles of champagne...all that waiting for a glass of wine and a huge crowd?  We are elite members, but it felt like the whole ship was also elite: nobody was missing.  They need to change that, or at least they know that I will never bother in going back 

This is a lovely ship. We've taken this ship to the Caribbean three times and enjoy their itineraries.  The meals both in the dining room and at the buffet are delicious.  Service on board is excellent. We recommend the Royal Princess and Princess cruises. 

One of the best itineraries I have ever had on a cruise! Enjoyed my time with the locals.

This was the third segment of 3 B2B cruises in Southern and Eastern Caribbean.  Very relaxing on both Princess Cay and Grand Turk - beaches within walking distance of the ship.

This was my first cruise as an adult.I went last year and it was AMAZING. My room staff was excellent, and my entire wait staff was wonderful and memorable!! I will be cruising again soon! I can't wait!

No need to get off the ship; Customs came on-board and cleared passengers who were on first leg Southern Caribbean 11/6-11/16.  Ship in excellent condition, Enjoyed seeing some new Caribbean ports.

My first cruise and it was amazing! There was always something to do like watch a show, swim, and try all the delicious food. All of the staff were extremely helpful and kind too! Would definitely recommend this ship to anyone.

Updates made to ship since April are great especially central stairs. Weather was awesome 98% of time. Food at crown grill great as always. Port excursions super

The Royal Princess experience started bad. The check- in was slow and disappointing. The keys to my cabin were not found by the clerk who was to check us in. After standing there for 15 minutes while she checked both sides of the check-in key storage bins, we were told to go have a seat in a waiting area. She had to call down to the ship to have keys made. We waited there 30 minutes for keys. We were given keys and went to the next check-in point. The keys did not work. We were told to go sit on a bench and wait for new keys. We waited 30 minutes and finally asked  the last person who was leaving this security point what we should do. He brought us on the ship and told us to go to passengers services to get keys. My wife was so mad she did not want to go on this cruise. We told the rep what happened to no satisfaction. The second day we found a plate of cream puffs and a note of apology. Big Deal! The caring, follow through and communication was absent.  The first 2 days were ruined. The next 8 days were great. The food, service and cabin steward were great. The ship and shore excursions were great. I hope our boarding bad experience was isolated.
