Review summary

This was the first boat of my (8) cruises where I got NOTHING in wins from the casino. Terrible casino experience.

Embarkation

Very slow, no special refreshments for Suite Holders like NCL.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Good food, great desserts.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The outside movies were awesome. At night they put very nice padding with pillows on the chaise chairs and served popcorn.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Comedian DJ was hilarious! I went to both shows.

Service and Staff

My suite attendant James was awesome. The man who brought wine for my vouchers really messed it up by not taking the vouchers. I was charged for them & had to get credited in the last day and the money was incorrect. To contest it further, I would have missed the bus to LAX. This left a bad feeling which impacted my impression of Princess.

It was awesome! Thank you for the wonderful upgrade!

Ship tip

It was great that i could bring champagne onboard for embarkation. COSTCO is between LAX & the boat.

The snorkeling was awful but was an awesome catamaran ride to the cove & back with great bartender!

Disembarkation

Suite guests could not hear the announcement to leave 40 minutes earlier than assigned.
