Review summary

We enjoyed this cruise so much! This was our first cruise and we can't wait to go on another. I would recommend Princess Cruiseline to everyone!!! Memories to last a lifetime.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
I was impressed with the process right from the start and it went very quickly.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
I loved the buffets! There was so much variety. The pizza specialty dining room was a nice change of pace. I felt the dinners at the formal dining rooms did not give enough food though.

Ice Cream Bar

5 out of 5

This was a favorite spot of ours on the ship. We loved being to get a quick treat right by the pool.

The Pastry Shop

5 out of 5

The deserts at The Pastry Shop were so delicious and presented well also.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
I loved the adult only pool area. We loved being able to watch movies on the jumbo screen. We tried to do the shooting range but could never catch anyone at the room to allow us to sign up.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The shows were wonderful. We especially loved the comedian. I would have like to see a couple more daytime shows on sea days.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our room steward was named Glen. He was wonderful!!! He was always easily accessible when we needed him. I was impressed with how he knew my name. It was nice to always have an impeccably cleaned room.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The common areas were always clean. I liked that I could easily find a bathroom when needed and that their were wash stations right by the buffet. I would have liked there to have been a few more specialty coffee stations located on the ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our cabin very spacious and always kept clean by our room steward. We loved having the balcony. Our room did seem to get stuffy at night even with the air on. The bed was very comfortable.

Ship tip

I would tell them even though there are towels on the pool chairs they are probably available. We didn't realize the staff put towels in the chairs until the last day. We thought others were just saving the chairs with the towels.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

5 out of 5
We just boarded the ship at this port.

George Town, Grand Cayman

5 out of 5
We loved all the shopping at this port. We also took a taxi ride to the 7 mile beach. This was easy and enjoyable.

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

4 out of 5
This port was beautiful as the ship was pulling in. The best view of the land! We had to go outside of the port to get to our excursion. This was a little scary as it didn't seem very safe as we were walking away down the hill.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

5 out of 5
This port was easy to maneuver. We went just outside to get to our excursion. This was a wonderful experience.

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
This port was the best we came to. So many shops and restaurants! It was very clean. We went on an excursion and it was very easy to catch a taxi to get to it.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
It was very easy to get off the ship. We chose to take our luggage with us.
