From deck plans, it looks like M530 is just below Horizon Bistro dining area. Noise from above is a definite possibility. It might be mitigated some by carpeting in the eating areas near windows/directly above staterooms, but walkways and food prep areas are tile floors that can transmit noise from carts & foot traffic.
