Just let your room steward know that you need ice in your fridge. He or she will check it every day if you tell them to keep it filled.

You mean like an ice machine? There have ice machines but not accessible to the public. They use to put an ice bucket in the mini-fridge in your cabin and the cabin steward would refill every day. I suppose if you needed a refill, the steward or room service would take care of it. Keep in mind this was pre-Covid and things have changed.

I never saw any. Ask your cabin steward to replenish ice in your room refrigerator. They usually do it twice a day.
