Review summary

This was our 43rd cruise, and first time on Holland. Just not sure if we would do another. No poolside entertainment, which is part of the cruising experience, and the evening end too early. We are not young folks either. 70 & 67. The wheel was also broken off my brand new $200 suitcase which cannot be repaired during debarkation.

The service was good in the main dining room, but food mediocre. The specialty restaurants were wonderful.

Absolutely nothing going on poolside during the day. Evening time was extremely boring and the streets were rolled up early

Thanks for your informative review. I concur regarding the evening entertainment on HAL ships. We completed a 21-day Mediterranean cruise in October and found ourselves in our room post 10pm because nothing much was on. Unfortunately, we were not the only ones to comment.
