Review summary
After having cruised for over 10 times on various Lines including 4 with Holland over the last 20 years we found this a very disappointing trip. Too many extras not included in the base price and too expensive to the point of feeling price gauged. Guest Services was a horrible experience in trying to correct a number charges applied to our account that were invalid. It took multiple visits and phone calls impacting our valuable vacation time and causing mental stress.Embarkation

Veranda room on deck 11 was very small to the point of not being comfortable
