Overall we had just about perfect weather, rhe staff was wonderful. Our cabin staff, Roni & Paul, greeted all of us by name anytime we saw them in thr hallways, it felt very caring and kind. They were both very attentive and answered my room questions. The itinerary left outsidr the door each day was also very nice to have, since it had updates to excursions and ports. For the games/gameshows, Diana, Tomas, and Noah wwre all very enthusiastic and fun.

We uaes both the dining room for dinner, and the buffets for breakfast and lunches. All were wonderful, the ataff was very attentive with refilling drinks at our tables.

I really enjoyed the gameshows, board games in the observation deck, and the hot tubs.

We saw all of the dance performances, comedians, and one of the bands at the blues club and all were wonderful.

The waiters in the dining room were very attentive, as well as thr staff refilling drinks in Lido market. Everyone was very polite and efficient.

Everything wss extremely clean, they took care to clean our cabin and replace towels throughout the day.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin didnt have a ton of walking space but we did choose the cheapest room. The shower is nice and spacious. It was great having a large closet as well.
The resort was lovely and the water was gorgeous. The shpps had some really nice souvenirs as well. Unfortunately, our excursion was canceled due to wind and weather forecast.
The pool was really nice, they had water slides, ziplining, and hammocks. We did get to the beach but I wish it hsd been walking distance, qe had to hire a cab to get to the city.
Water excursion info was readily available on the walk down the port. We took a nice train tour through the island, and it was available all day to transport us wherever.
We were able to get out quickly but it would've beennnicee if the schedule had been on our room tvs, or readily available on each floor. I had to run to the 3rd floor to read the schedule, not knowing that people were being called by their luggage tag color. I hadn't printed mine in color because it wasn't specified that it was necessary, since there were codes and my room number listed.
