Had to wait an hour due to problem on ship. However, we were constantly given updates.

Food and Dining
Outstanding! One night we had dinner in the Pinnacle Grill. We were pleasantly surprised when a birthday cake arrived for dessert. I had not told them my partner's birthday was in 2 days. This is the service that Holland America provides.
Onboard Activities
We actually only walked every morning. Good way to start the day.
Entertainment
Not much going on in the Main Stage. The comedians were okay. Enjoyed the piano player in the Ocean Bar.
Service and Staff
We had just been on this ship 6 weeks ago. Several of the crew remembered us and welcomed us by name.
Ship Quality
It's very easy to find your way around on this ship. Everything was spotless.
Cabin / Stateroom
The Neptune Suites are perfect! We're addicted to them. The perks make the extra cost worth it.
