Review summary
We just wanted to relax and do nothing. The ship is lovely but there were a few missteps the first day. We feel the Orange Club is worth the expense.Embarkation
We were at the terminal for our 12:00 check in time. They were not ready and we waited about 20 minutes before the line started moving. We found the priority line. VeriFLY worked for my sister but not for me and Dad. It would not show our photos. ( they appeared 5 days later). I always bring hard copies of everything so we still got checked in , albeit at a different station.

Food and Dining
We only ate in the Orange Club. Food was great and service was excellent.
Onboard Activities
We did not use them but the pool seemed to be very busy
Service and Staff
The restaurant staff was great! I have no complaints at all. Our cabin staff was very with it at the beginning of our cruise. Our beds were not separated as stated when we booked. I could not find them to inform them. They did seem to know that we need the sofa bed made up. They did not know that there were 3 passengers in that cabin or that the sofa bed even existed. HAL cabin attendants always leave a card with their names and contact number. I still don’t know their names. By 3 days, they were okay on taking care of the cabin. They were just not up to HAL usual standards.
Cabin / Stateroom
This was an A cabin but it did not seem any larger than the Vista Suite we had in January. Once again, the layout had bed by the veranda and the sofa bed across from
The desk. There was about 7” between the sofa bed and the desk when the bed was open.
Disembarkation
Quick and easy. Customs checked all passengers and passports when we arrived in Key West
