In your cabin, your cabin attendant will get ice for just ask. We usually got ice in the evening but you can get in the morning or both. Tap water is quite good since has desalination facilities. You can also get water in the Lido. You can get bottled ( or canned water) at any bar but no plastic bottles. The big bottle of water in your cabin is part of the mini bar and is not included in your drink package! If you open it, you pay for it.
