No. Just show up.

You don’t need reservations for those events. You can add as many as you want, they will just show up as reminders on your phone. The only thing you need reservations for on Rotterdam are for the spa and extra charge restaurants. If you haven’t boarded yet for your cruise you may not be able to add them.
