This was out first cruise and we had a very good experience. We are going to cruise again on HAL

While the embarkation went well, I think more time could be spent on orientation with the cruise ship app. We did not discover until the 3rd or 4th day of the cruise that the app had a chat feature we could use to stay in touch on the ship.
