I found the service on the Rotterdam excellent, but agree the food wasn’t up to HALs usual standard this past trip (Atlantic provinces) but I mostly missed the fresh flowers, they were not there. Even the orchids on the table of the Lido were wilted. I did enjoy the entertainment. I love the size of the ship for ease of access.
