Except for both my wife and I getting sick with bronchitis and tracheitis shortly after the cruise started and weather being colder than expected it was an excellent trip. The views from our stateroom, sundeck, bar and dining room most outstanding. The BMW Factory tour was highlight and Prague is my new favorite city in Europe.

Unworld provides nice destinations and good service. FOR THE MONEY, they are a disappointing option with regard to food and beverage and some amenities. While their liquor options were good, their wine options are far more limited without upcharge then we were lead to believe. They advertise themselves to be boutique, but I did not feel that way at all.

The ports of call were fabulous.  The crew was professional, and provided extraordinary service from start to finish.  The food preparation, presentation, and quality was exceptional.  The private Mozart and Strauss concert in Vienna was so good that it was pretty much a spiritual experience for anyone who enjoys classical music (like me).  Every shore excursion had wonderful, well-informed guides, who made the experience in each port informative and fun.  I'm not sure how much better this experience could have been.

I would recommend this cruise to others.  We saw so very many beautiful sights!  The food was exceptional each and every day. The service on the ship was outstanding!  The accommodations were cozy, clean and comfortable!

We would have liked to have heard more about the areas we visited.  Having little background about these towns, it would have been good to have heard the history of each place or had it available for daily reading.

The crew on this ship was more accessible than on any other cruise I have been on.  Enough cannot be said for the special effort the chef made to see that I received delicious food that I could eat. 

When I developed bronchitis on board, a ship's officer took us to the doctor and made sure we were taken care of.  He even ordered food to be delivered to our room on our return to the ship.  We couldn't  have communicated without him.  He cut through all the red tape.

All crew members were very friendly and many knew our names.  The captain was visible and interacted with us.  He was there each time we got off and when we arrived back to the ship.

The ship was lovely and the ports of call were scenic.

HIghly recommend this trip. It was uber relaxing on the boat. The staff is wonderful. The excursions are good tourist overviews of each city. Many people got private tours and I would recommend that if you want to know more about any given place. I will definitely take another river cruise and would probably use private guides for part.

Having taken over 30 ocean cruises, this was our first river cruise. We were overwhelmed by the service ( no wish was too much), food (variety and quality) and comfort of our suite. Planning again before we even arrived home.
