Unworld provides nice destinations and good service. FOR THE MONEY, they are a disappointing option with regard to food and beverage and some amenities. While their liquor options were good, their wine options are far more limited without upcharge then we were lead to believe. They advertise themselves to be boutique, but I did not feel that way at all.

The food was unremarkable in every way. Breakfast and lunch buffets were sadly similar, even the salad bar. Dinner for the most part was unimaginative in its preparation and presentation. There were basically two wines per night to choose from and an uncharge for something else.
Onboard Activities

Onboard activities were mostly lectures but perhaps that is the nature of the beast on a river cruise
Entertainment

No variety most of the time but the couple who performed were wonderful. The few extra performers were also great but infrequent.

We had great service from front desk, activities and stateroom including the butlers. The dining room service was mostly great but on several times less than engaging or responsive.
Ship Quality

Ship was always clean. As to design, we were about the only river ship with no real balconies and no hot tub/pool onboard.
A 5+ hour bus ride is really no way to transport guests who have paid those kinds of dollars. We would have been better off to drive through Nuremberg with a box lunch and keep going so we didn't arrive in Prague around 6p. Further, instructions and information should have been handled on the bus, NOT in a meeting upon arrival after that long bus.
