We Royal Upped to the Owner's Suite. Large room. Room had mold. Thought it was in the bathroom (found and took pictures). They cleaned the bathroom. However issue persisted. Found water leaking from the ceiling (air conditioning condensation). They attempted repair. When they pulled the ceiling apart, found a brown/black towel in the ceiling. Was not removed by the team. They put the ceiling back together without removing the towel, and whatever they did made our symtoms (runny nose, sore throat and cough) way worse. That was late Friday afternoon. We noticed an almost instant (10 -15 minutes) improvement when we left the room. The repair/maintenance team told us they would resolve/fix the issue the next day (Saturday) in port. We told the concierge and he told us that he would report it. We haven't heard anything (Tuesday) from RC.
