First time cruising with Royal Caribbean and was not impressed. Will give them another go on a newer, larger ship and see if our impression of this cruise line changes.

Cabin, crew (especially Shari-Anne) were all outstanding. Rated overall experience as Good due to lack of entertainment, ships aged appearance (could definitely use upgrading).
Onboard Activities

Activities were slim to zilch... Guessing due to ship size. However, Carnival Cruise smaller vessels have vastly more entertainment!

They all made our lack of enthusiasm with Royal Caribbean worth while. Prompt service with smiles and attentiveness!
Ship Quality

The ship could definitely use upgrades. Overall look is extremely outdated. In addition, lower level floors had a stench that resembled locker room. Having said that, the crew kept abreast of visual cleanliness.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin size was exceptional! Could sleep four easily without feeling cramped. Bed was comfy and cabin was spotless!
Ship tip
If a seasoned cruiser, don't come with high expectations. Definitely a cruise for a first timer!
Royal Caribbean is great with lots to do and beautiful ships. Don't judge them from an older ship. Glad you are giving them another try. You will love them.
