Review summary

The ship was in need of repair. Heating had problems in the cabin and water was shut off 3 nights. Ceiling panels were down in the hallways several days for access during repairs. Some areas in the buffet are unaccessable to wheel chairs and walkers unles lifted up a step. Non-smokers had to pass through the smoke filled casino to get to dining or go down a floor then back up. The service was fantastic and meals superb! Onboard activities were great but geared to younger crowds for the most part. The stage productions were less than fantastic. (this was my 5th cruise and the least spectacular shows). The comedians and Elvis impersonator were GREAT!

Ports of call

George Town, Grand Cayman

You have to tender in this port. Sea was a little rough and the tender they put us on going in had us going down steep steps to debark...but staff was very helpful in carrying Mom's walker down and I managed to get Mom down . We shopped and again, very expensive but enjoyed visiting with residents and seasonal residents. It was pleasant and the tender back loaded and unloaded from the same deck so no carrying Mom needed.

Key West, Florida

We shopped but did not do tours. No one we spoke to onboard said anything either great or bad about Key West except that it was overpriced. We had a very pleasant visit and took pictures of the beautiful buildings and sunset.

Cozumel, Mexico

Tendered in with no problems.....no stairs to use. Shopped until we couldn't anymore. Got off the beaten path to the little shops and filled up on souveniers. Had a grand time.

Pros: Pampering and service from cruise staff

Cons: CruisesOnly placed two handicapped senior citizens in the forward most, bottom deck cabin....farthest from elevators and difficult to manuver to.
