Review summary

Oceana Marketing Department missed opportunities that would have elevated sailors satisfaction substantially. Cruise Director was given no leeway in doing anything special, e.g., hiring a local Argentina couple as one evening's entertainment to demonstrate dancing the Tango. This was easy to do and would have cost minimal.

1). With all Penguin excursions canceled Marketing should have automatically included the documentary "March of the Penguins" to show. 2). The enrichment lecturer was exceptional. You should have sold CDs of his presentations. Big mistake! 3). Desperately need a second enrichment lecturer! 4). Absolutely inexcusable not to have an Argentinian couple Tango dancing as one of the evening's entertainment.
