Our waiter Mark went above and beyond his service although the greeter Romina needs to up her attitude to be more friendly. Other people who went above and beyond was the photography area. Especially Alex. Can't forget our cabin steward Ronald , he truly went above all means of hospitality and service for my husband who was sick on board our cruise.
